We usually do Thunder Mountain at rope drop and do a FP+ for Splash Mountain. I'm not sure they will want to ride Splash, Thunder or Space Mountains, but all 3 will have long waits from 11am until 7pm.
Things like Under the Sea with Ariel, the Tea Cups, Magic Carpets, the Carousel, Monster's Laugh Floor, Philharmagic, the People Mover and a few more don't need a FP because of wither high capacity or people just don't ride them much. They are all decent choices for FP+ from 12pm-5pm. If you get there at park open, you can ride them with lttle wait. They pick up just before noon and will stay in the 20-40 minutes range thoughout the afternoon (which is a good time to go to the pool).
Rides like Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Buzz Lightyear, Dumbo, Adventures of Pooh and the Jungle Cruise have short lines in the morning. You could also attempt Anna and Elsa if you want to see them, but it will take a lot of luck since they run out 60 days out before the clock strikes 12.01am.
